Kingsport City Schools’ 12 school facilities are learning-centered campuses featuring innovative, state-of-the-art technology, and well-maintained grounds. Kingsport City Schools is considered one of the top school systems in Tennessee and the nation, serving more than 6,500 students and employing more than 1,000 quality staff members. Kingsport City Schools features seven elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school, along with an alternative education facility and an early childhood learning center. All schools have undergone renovation within the last 20 years, with our most recent school constructed in 1994.
